For example, the cost of a simple Will and a Power of Attorney for Property and a Power of Attorney for Personal Care for an individual is $400.00 plus gst, and for a couple, $700.00 plus gst. Costs can differ if you require trust provisions or complex provisions beyond those normally contained in a simple Will.
