REMOTE SIGNING:
is permitted and offered by our firm for residential real estate purchases and sales. Per Regulatory requirements, effective January 1, 2024 all clients signing documents remotely shall be required to complete their IDENTITY VERIFICATION process using one of the approved ID verification platforms.
Please advise our office if you wish to arrange for remote signing and we will initiate the verification process. The cost for such verification is appx. $50.00 per person and additional $200.00 legal fees for remote signing.
